• New Update: We are passed the 12 month deadline for “free cable installations “under our new contract, with Breezeline that provides High speed Fiber Glass installation into each unit. If you have not had this installation scheduled, you will need to call Breezeline for an scheduling appointment, an you will have to pay for this service going forward. from 11-11-2025.
• Reminder; Please obtain your new Parking Permits for legal parking on our property. If you haven't picked up your sticker, your vehicle will be in violation of rules and subject to fines upto $1000, in addition to loss of usage rights,
• Pool Area Reminder; please place furniture and Umbrella back and put waste products in trash cans. Lock and secure all Clubhouse doors when leaving.
